摘    要:所谓体验经济,是指有意识地以商品为载体,以服务为手段,使消费者融入其中的活动。“体验经济”所满足的是人们从“商品经济”和“服务经济”那里所无法满足的高端需求,从而最大限度地创造出“提升客户价值”的机会。对于今天中国企业而言需要考虑为顾客提供定制化的服务,建立体验式的营销体系。体验经济将帮助企业提升客户价值,达到最终赢利的目的。

Abstract:Experience Economy" means that the enterprises talk consumers into participating in the activities designed intentionally with the commodity as carrier and service as method. “Experience Economy" is characterized with the basic natures of non-production, short cycle, interaction, no-substitute, deep imression and high growth of economic value. What “Experience Economy" can satisfy people is the high-end needs which cannot be acquired from “Commodity Economy" and“Service Economy". Therefore, “Experience Economy" can create the opportunities to the utmost to boost customer value. For today's Chinese enterprises, they need consider offering customized services tailored to their clients and establishing experience-style marketing system. “Experience Economy" will help enterprises strengthen their customer value and finally profit-making.
