| 摘 要： | 朱元璋的治国方略中矛盾之处甚多 ,有君主中央集权与分封宗藩的矛盾 ,有用人方面的矛盾 ,有法律自身的矛盾。这些矛盾一为巩固集权统治 ,维护皇权之需 ;二为朱元璋“圣人与强盗兼而有之”人格的体现。
