烟台市市直机关工作人员心血管病危险因素调查分析

目的了解机关工作人员心血管病危险因素的发病情况、年龄特点及10年的变化等.方法在1993年和2002年前后两次对烟台市市直机关2000余名工作人员进行健康体检,并进行对比.结果 2002年心血管病的主要危险因素高脂血症、高血压、高血糖的发生率分别为20.30%、9.76%和2.85%,与1993年(15.15%、4.24%和1.84%)相比显著增高(P＜0.01、P＜0.01、P＜0.05),且两次比较有明显年轻化改变.同时对心血管病危险因素再次得以验证.结论心血管病危险因素的发病率较10年前明显增高,采取综合防治措施是控制和降低机关工作人员心血管病危险因素患病率之当务之急.

Survey Contrast on Dangerous Elements of cardiology of Yantai Municipal official Staffs

Objective To grasp ten years'morbidity, pathogenic age, and varia- tion properties of dangerous elements of cardiology among Yantai municipal of- fice staffs. Methods There was a annual examination of health to around 2000 offical staff from 1993 to 2002. Results In 2002, the morbidity of the major dan- gerous elements of the cardiovascular diseases such as hyperlipernia, hyperten- sion and hyperglycermia in positive reaction is 20.30%, 9.76% and 2.85% re- spectively, which is obviously higher than that in 1993 (15.15%, P<0.01; 4.24%, P<0.01; and 1.84%, P<0.05 accordingly), moreover, the comparison shows that the pathogenic age tends to be younger, if is also testified the effects of dangerous elements of cardiovascular diseases again. Conclusion The morbid- ity of dangerous elements of cardiology obviously increases than that of ten years before. The task of top priority is to carry on comprehensive measurses to con- trol and lower the morbidity of dangerous elements of cardiology of Yantai mu- nicipal office staffs.
