| 摘 要： | 京津冀产业分工协作面临前所未有的历史性机遇，由此带来的新一轮京津冀产业分工协作重点在于：以研发、创意为主的知识型生产性服务业引领北京成为国家自主创新战略的重要承载区；北方金融中心、北方航运龙头和世界制造研发基地三大高端定位引领天津成为中国北方经济中心；河北则应以曹妃甸沿海经济隆起带为切入点，融入京津双核。影响京津冀产业分工协作的难点，除了产业同构依旧明显、产业“悬崖”弥补困难之外，区域内资源约束加剧、来自大东北经济圈的潜在竞争等若干因素也不容小觑。
