| 摘 要： | 目前学术界关于中国哲学合法性问题的讨论方兴未艾。近年来中国哲学合法性问题主要探讨了以下几方面的内容：1．中国哲学“合法性”问题提出的缘由及合法性问题的内涵；2．关于中国古代是否有哲学（或能否以哲学来命名）；3．关于中国哲学是什么的问题；4．关于中国哲学的发展现状；5．关于中西哲学的差异；6．关于如何化解中国哲学的危机问题。关于这些问题的讨论，对于探寻中国哲学的价值、特色以及中国哲学的学科范式具有重要意义。

| Abstract: | The study on problems of legitimacy of Chinese philosophy is in the ascendance. In the past few years, the study on problems of legitimacy of Chinese philosophy mainly talks about the following contexts： 1. why the problems be asked and what meaning do the problems include ？ 2. Does China have philosophy？ 3. what is Chinese philosophy. 4. the development of Chinese philosophy. 5. the difference of China philosophy and western philosophy. 6. How to surpasse the crisis of legitimacy of China philosophy. The study on problems of legitimacy of Chinese philosophy is very important. |
