| 摘 要： | 坚持和贯彻民主集中制,是保持党的先进性和纯洁性的根本途径,也是按照“三个代表”要求全面加强党的建设的关键措施。对此,要加强教育,切实增强新形势下坚持民主集中制的自觉性和坚定性;健全民主集中制的制度;要加强监督和执纪,使民主集中制的贯彻执行更具“刚性”;要高度重视和充分发挥“一把手”在贯彻执行民主集中制中的表率作用;要坚持“四个服从”,做到“三个自觉”。

And it is also an important measure accordingto the requirement of "Three Represents". So we must make its operating procedure sci-entific, systematic and standardized. It is very important for leaders of our party to payattention to their functions of "good example" in performing the system by maintaining"Four Obediences" and fulfiling "Three Consciousnesses". |
