| 摘 要： | 创新需要的信息具有新颖性、独占性、有用性和可用性 ,创新信息包括需求信息与供给信息、技术信息与人的信息、内部信息与外部信息、现时信息与未来信息。创新的信息活动特征是 ,在信息不确定中追求确定信息 ,在不完全信息中寻找有效信息 ,在信息的独占性与共享性之间建立平衡 ,在缩小知识差距的同时解决信息问题。创新要求的信息模式是 :有效的信息生产组织、合理的信息配置方式和敏捷的信息转换机制

| Abstract: | New,monopolistic,useful and usable,creative information includes the information about demand and supply,technology and man, inside and outside,and the present and the future. The features of the information innovation are:seeking definite information in indefiniteness;seeking effective information in incomplete information; balancing between monopoly and share for information;and reducing the gap of knowledge while solving the problem of information. The information model for innovation has some attributes:effective production organization,rational means of distribution,and quick transformation mechanism. |
