中国共产党对党员成分多样性与先进性相统一的探索

如何处理党员成分多样性与党的阶级性、党的先进性的关系,历来是中国共产党理论上要回答、实践上要解决的问题。以毛泽东、江泽民为代表的中国共产党人在不同的历史条件下进行了艰辛探索,体现了中国共产党人解决这一问题的主动性和创新性:立足国情,与时俱进,反对党员成分问题上的“唯成分论”;坚持党的先进性要求,把党员成分多样性与保持党的先进性统一起来,着重于思想建党原则。

Exploration and Invention of Unity of Membership Diversity and Progress of the Chinese Communist Party

The problem how the relationship of the diversified membership,the class and advanced nature is dealt shall be settled not only in theory but also in practice for CPC.The hard exploration in different historical conditions by the CPC members clearly demonstrates their initiative and creativity,which include the following aspects:basing on the national reality,making continuous progress with the pace of time,opposing the absolute class status standard for the party membership,the combination of the diversified membership with its advanced nature and the party construction focusing on the ideology.
