| 摘 要： | 生菜会是广州特有的一道民俗盛景。早在汉代，生菜会就作为我国“立春”时的风俗活动而出现，经过不断地衍变，这种民俗活动只在广州被传承了下来。近年来，生菜会在广州得到了民间前所未有的重视，活动规模也大有扩展。文章从区域文化的角度，就生菜会的源头、传承与变迁及其文化的衍变作一分析与探讨。

| Abstract: | ShengCai Fair is one of most important folk activities only in Guangzhou. It appeared on the beginning of spring since the Han Dynasty, but it was reserved only in Guangzhou after long time. And it has been attached importance in Guangzhou in recent years. This paper reveals the origin and development of the Shengcai Fair and its culture by the area culture. |
