| 摘 要： | 高校教工思想政治工作要贯穿到学校的主体工作中，加强正面引导和释疑解惑，讲究针对性、主动 性和实效性，形成党政工团齐抓共管，人人都做思想政治工作的新格局，将工作着力点放在基层，通过潜 移默化的渗透式教育，实施自我教育、自我提高。

| Abstract: | The ideological and political work concerning the teaching staff in the higher institutions is important. Strengthening positive guiding, solving puzzling problems and stressing targets, initiate and practical results will re- sult in the new situation that every department and activist participate in the ideological and political work. The em- phasis should be put on the grassroot organization to realize every member's self-education and self-improvement through imperceptible education. |
