| 摘 要： | 公民受教育权既是一项重要的社会基本权利，也是大多数国家宪法规定的宪法权利。然而，在实践中，受教育权还远远没有实现，而且宪法权利理论和人权理论对受教育权的研究也相当薄弱和混乱，很有必要对作为基本人权的受教育权的宪法内涵进行分析。
