| 摘 要： | 建设项目施工阶段造价控制应从以下几个方面考虑 :合理安排资金 ;完善施工组织设计方案的论证 ;掌握市场信息 ;控制施工质量及进度 ;及时处理工程变更签证 ,加强对隐蔽工程的验收等。
