| 摘 要： | 地方大学是区域文化中心,引领区域文化发展是地方大学的历史使命.地方大学应该在加强大学自身文化建设的基础上,实现区域文化的内生转化,发挥大学的外向辐射作用,从体制内和体制外分别承担起引领区域文化发展、促进区域文化创新的历史使命.

| Abstract: | Local universities are regional cultural centers and leading the regional culture is the local universities' historical mission.Based on the construction of their culture,local universities should bring about endogenous transformation of regional culture,and play the role of outward radiation,leading the development of regional culture and promoting the innovation of regional culture. |
