| 摘 要： | 从观光农业和乡村民俗旅游对烟台地区农村经济的拉动作用,烟台地区观光农业和民俗旅游资源的丰富性,地区基础设施的完善程度,观光农业和乡村民俗旅游客源市场的广阔程度等方面,阐述了该地区发展观光农业和乡村民俗旅游业的优势与现实意义;分析了目前该地区开发观光农业和乡村民俗旅游存在的主要问题是,开发经营者的思想认识不足、盲目投资和粗放式经营、在景点建设和项目开发上缺乏科学的规划、产品档次较低等,并提出了相应对策。

| Abstract: | The superiorities of developing the sight-seeing agriculture and rural folklore tour in Yantai are expounded from the following viewpoints:(1)the positive function of tourism to the economy,(2)the abundance of the tourist resources,(3)the level of infrastructure in the city,(4)the broad market of tourists and so on.The existing problems are pointed out,such as wrong investment,low-level infrastructure, and lack of scientific planning, immature management system,etc.In the end the relevant countermeasures are proposed. |
