高校管理中运用激励理论的探讨

摘    要:高校管理涵盖了人、财、物的方方面面 ,其中对高校的教学、科研、支持、服务等系统的人员管理是首要因素。如何具体运用行为管理学派的主要理论——激励理论 ,来调动高校各方面人员的积极性 ,这关系着高校的教学、科研等各方面的管理水平。本文就激励理论中的需要层次理论、公平理论、期望理论等在高校管理中的具体运用进行初步探讨。

Abstract:Administration of colleges and universities includes the aspects of personnel, finance and materials, among which the most important factor is management of staffs in the systems of teaching, scientific research, support and service. So motivation theory, the major theory of behavioral management school, is applied to arouse the enthusiasm of the staffs and promote the management of teaching and scientific research. In this paper, the application of motivation theory including hierarchy of needs theory, equity theory and expectancy theory to administration of colleges and universities is discussed.
