中国早期现代化进程延误的原因探析

近代史上中国的早期现代化进程一误再误,其原因是多方面的,有中国内在的原因中国传统文化的束缚、传统政治经济结构的制约、"文化自我中心主义"心态的阻抗、现代化主导者保守性决策的阻滞等,也有外来的影响即西方资本主义渗透和帝国主义侵略的羁绊.我们不能只强调其中的内在因素也不能片面夸大外来的影响,正确认识这一问题,旨在进一步解放思想、深化改革、扩大开放,为当前正在进行的中国社会主义现代化建设提供认识根据.

A Probe into Causes of Delay in the Course of Early Chinese Modernization

Many reasons interal or external for the delay in the progression of early Chinese modernization in modern history are chiefly as follows:constraints of Chinese traditional culture,limitation of political economy,resistance from cultural egotism,retardation from modernization initiators who are conservative in strategies.Influences from outside world are infiltration of western capitalism,trammels from invasion of imperialism.So the inner factors should not simply be emphasized,neither should the outer impacts be exaggerated.A correct understanding of this matter will contribute to further liberation of thoughts,further reform and opening to the out side world.This can be referred to as a cognitive basis for the go_ahead modern socialist construction in China.
