关于完善我国公民政治参与的思考

政治参与是衡量一个国家政治民主与政治现代化的重要尺度。目前我国公民的政治参与主要受到生产力总体水平偏低、各地经济发展不均衡,政治体制改革相对滞后、公民政治参与机制不健全,公民政治参与的主体意识缺乏等诸多因素的制约和影响。因此,不断促进社会经济发展、强化政治体制改革、健全公民政治参与机制,无疑是完善我国公民政治参与机制的必由之路。

Reflections on improving Chinese citizens' political participation

Political participation serves as an important reflection of a nation's political democracy and political modernization. But in China, for the time being, such factors as low productivity on the whole, the relative backwardness in political reform, the unbalanced construction of participation mechanism, the lack in awareness of participation, have become obstacles to its further development. Therefore, to further the economic development as well as strengthen political reform in order to accomplish, to establish such a mechanism is essential.
