| Abstract: | Industrial structure is an important economic structure. Industrial upgrade plays a positive role in economic development. This paper emphatically analyzes the influential factors of industrial upgrade in western regions, and points out that technology progress and policy are the most fundamental driving forces of their industrial upgrade. The western regions should improve their industrial structure by developing technology and innovating their systems. |
