摘    要:百年一遇的金融风暴导致农民工随着经济冷暖在城乡间如候鸟般不断迁徙,他们的子女成为转化型留守儿童,伴随这些儿童的是强烈的孤独感、被遗弃感和不公平感,这些问题具有政治、经济、文化等多重成因.在金融危机背景下,加上原有的社会转型、二元结构、文化与价值重构等复杂情况,转化型留守儿童教育公平的实现,必须从全社会教育公平理念的建构、教育投入的加大、法律制度的健全、办学体系完善、户籍制度改革等多方面努力,开拓一条保障其受教育权公平实现的路径,以维护社会和谐和经济可持续发展.
