反腐败刑事立法及其完善

在社会主义法治视野下,反对腐败、建设廉洁政治成为主流话题。为惩治与预防腐败,我国刑事法治已几度修订与完善,但与《联合国反腐败公约》相比,仍存一些差距。为适应新形势下的反腐,我国刑事立法需加大力度,并不断完善,尤其应尽快实施《公职人员财产申报法》、设立污点证人作证豁免制度。

Criminal Legislation and Improvement against Corruption

In the perspective of socialism rule of law, anti-corruption and building clean politics have become the mainstream topic. For punishing and preventing corruption, China＇s criminal law has been revised and improved several times, but compared with 《United Nations Convention Against Corruption》, there were still some gaps. In order to adapt to the anti-corruption in new situation, criminal legislation in our country should be strengthened, and constantly improved; we should especially implement the public officials＇ property declaration as soon as possible, and set up an exemption system for stain witness.
