中央苏区时期的法制宣传教育

中央苏区时期,中国共产党领导苏区人民开始了执政建设工作,法制建设也顺利展开。宣传教育是法制建设的先头兵。为了让苏区群众接受法律、法规、政策、法令,中国共产党人从传统、主流宣传教育路径着手,积极吸纳群众参与,为苏区法制建设起到了至关重要的作用。

Legal Publicity and Education in the Period of the Central Soviet Areas

In the period of Central Soviet areas, Soviet people under the leadership of the Communist Party started the ruling construction work, with the legal system construction expanded. Publicity and education were point soldiers of legal construction. In order to let the Soviet people accept the laws, regulations, policies and decrees, the Communist Party actively attracted the participation of the masses from the path of tradition and mainstream propaganda education, which played a crucially important role for the construction of legal system in Soviet areas.
