| 摘 要： | 我国民间智库的发展经历了两个阶段，分别是“萌芽与初兴”阶段和“复萌与多元”阶段。其影响力逐渐增强。基于民间智库核心价值与发展环境耦合的视角，民间智库的多元发展环境开始改善，但其核心价值的呈现仍有待提升。

| Abstract: | The development of non-governmental think-tank in China can be divided into two stages, the first stage of germination and initial rise and the second stage of resprouting and diversity. Its influence increases gradually. Based on the coupling induction of non-governmental think-tank＇s core value and its environment for development perspective, the diverse environment for non-governmental think-tank＇s development begins to improve. But its core value is still needs to be improved. |
