城乡社区服务及其功能拓展

城乡社区服务是社会和谐发展的重要基础。近些年来,我国在社区服务方面取得较大进步。然而,社区服务仍存在着较严重的城乡差别,而且这种差别仍呈扩大趋势。必须加大对农村社区的投入,推进城乡社区服务设施一体化;发挥农村经济组织作用,提升社区服务造血功能;提升社区服务在合村并居新型农村建设中的作用;提升社区自治功能等,进一步提升城乡社区服务功能。

However, there still seriously exists a gap between urban and rural community service, and this gap tend to continue to expand. It is a must to increase investment in rural communities, and promote the integration of facilities for urban and rural community service. It is a must to realize the effect of rural economic organizations, to motivate community service to keep communities self-sufficient . It is a must to enforce the function of community service in the construction of new countryside, and enhance community＇s self-management to maximize the service function of urban and rural communities.
