人才的精神传承与当代意蕴

改革开放以来,现代士人精神逐渐潜隐,且没有可替代的精神资源,由此出现了人才在价值追求上的精神困境,造成一些人才追逐"权"与"利"的现象。重新认识和继承士人精神,有助于在人生目标与人格尊严两方面实现我国人才的自我超越。对于我国人才队伍建设而言,外则应营造宽容的政治环境,内则应涵养现代士人精神。

Spiritual-Descending and Contemporary Significance of Talent

Since China＇s Reform and Opening-up, the modernized spirit of Chinese intellectuals conceals gradually, without other spirit resources which can substitute it, which causes the spiritual dilemma of the pursuit of value for talents, and the degradation phenomenon that some talents seek ＂right＂ and ＂benefit＂. Re-understanding and inheriting the spirit of modern Chinese intellectuals, will contribute to the achievement of the self-transcendence of modern Chinese intellectuals in the two aspects of life goals and personal dignity. For contemporary Chinese talent team construction, it is a feasible way to make a more tolerant political environment outside and to cuhivate the modernized spirit of Chinese intellectuals inside.
