摘    要:以微博为代表的新媒体凭借技术优势及对新闻性信息的天然附着.成为重大突发公共事件的传播“加速器”。在这类事件中,新媒体呈现出瞬间聚焦、疾速扩散、热点唤起和叠加互动的传播效用。而显露出多重特征的各类信息传播节点,又构筑了单中心、多中心、去中心和混合型传播模式。面对复杂局面,急需创新虚拟社会管理,通过基层社会建设、预警机制建设、制度保障建设、沟通渠道建设等加以努力。

Abstract:In major public emergency, the new media become spreading "accelerators" with technical superiority and the natural adhesion of news and information. In such events, the new media show communication effects of instantly focusing, rapidly diffusion, hot arousing and superimposed interaction. Various information dissemination nodes revealing multiple features build the single-centered, multi-centered, de-centered and mixed communication mode. Faced with the complicated situation, it is in urgent need of innovating virtual social management through primary social construction, system construction, communication channels construction and early-warning mechanism construction.
