对我国当前“教育公正”问题的分析与思考

教育公正问题是世界各国都存在的重大问题,直接影响国家的稳定和发展。我国的教育不公正现象集中表现在五个方面,即城乡之间,东西部地区之间,高低收入两个群体之间,流动人口与固定居住人口之间以及高等学校招生制度中都存在着教育不公正现象,阐述了这些现象的表现形式,产生原因及相应的解决办法。最后指出优先完成高校招生制度改革十分必要,效果最佳。

Fair educated opportunity is the major issue which the various countries all exist.It is directly affecting the national stability and advancement.Our country's education unfair phenomenon concentrated expression in five aspects: between the city and countryside;the East-west section area;the rich and the poor;the transient and the fixed housing population;University enrollment system.This paper elaborates the phenomenon manifestation,has the reason and corresponding solution.Finally point out,to complete University enrollment system reform first is necessary and effectual.
