| 摘 要： | 高等院校中的学科教师是否掌握信息技术,影响和制约着信息技术在教学领域中应用的速度和规模,也直接影响着教育改革和教育现代化的进程。因此,要花大力气帮助学科教师尽快掌握信息技术,使他们尽快将信息技术应用到教学中去,促进教育技术尽快转化为教学效益,从而加快高校教育现代化的进程。

| Abstract: | The mastery or failure to master information technology for course teachers in colleges and universities is to sure to affect and restrict the speed and scale of the application of technology information in teaching, and is sure to affect the process of educational reform and modernization directly. Therefore, great efforts should be made to help course teachers to grasp the application of information technology and to apply information technology in their teaching as soon as possible so as to quicken the transformation of educational technology into profits and in the end to accelerate the process of education modernization in colleges and universities. |
