| 摘 要： | 影响大学生成才的原因有智力因素和非智力因素,在倡导创新教育的今天,非智力因素的影响力已越来越大.非智力因素主要包括动机、兴趣、情感、意志和性格等.高校师生应重视这些因素对培养创新人才的作用,并积极通过各种途径来培育这些因素的生长.

| Abstract: | Whether the college students can succeed or not involves two aspects:the intelligent ones and the non-intelligent ones.The influence of the latter,which mainly includes motive,interest,emotion,determination and character,etc.is becoming increasingly strong in the current trend of promoting creative education.Both teachers and students should value the functions these factors have in cultivating talents of creativity,and try every possible way to help promote them. |
