论创新的本质及研究的基本问题

当前,心理学家对创新的本质特征（即新颖性和有用性）基本达成了共识,当前创新研究主要涉及创新人格特征研究、创新认知过程研究、创新激发研究、创新社会心理学研究四个领域,主要运用了心理测量的、实验的、传记的方法,其中每一种方法都有其独特的优势,也有其自身难以克服的困难。由于创新问题本身的复杂性,对其研究应综合应用各种方法。

Research on Creative and Basic Problem

This essay discussed the latest development of the nature of creativity and the research fields in international psychology literature.The essay suggested most psychologists nowadays considered originality and usefulness as the nature of creativity.At present there existed four research fields concerning personality character,cognitive process,inspiring,social psychology,mostly using psychometric,experimental,biographic,each of them had its own advantages and inherent disadvantages.The problem of creativity had its complexity,so creative research tends to be taken various research approach into consideration.
