国内外家庭经济困难学生资助制度及方法比较研究

随着我国高等教育改革的不断深入,家庭经济困难学生问题已成为制约我国高等教育工作的重要问题。为保证受教育机会的均等性,对家庭经济困难学生采取资助是世界各国普遍的做法。本文通过对国内外高校学生资助政策特点的比较分析,结合工作实际提出了我国家庭经济困难学生资助政策的启示和建议。

Comparative study on ways and systems of financial aid at home and abroad for students from poor families

With the deeper reform of higher education,the issue about university students from the families with financial difficulties has become a very big challenge for the development of higher education.To ensure equal educational opportunities for all the people,giving subsidies to the students from the families with financial difficulties is a common practice around the world.By comparative analysis of the characteristics of domestic and foreign university in funding systems and combination with the practical work,this paper provides some suggestion and suggestions on the funding systems for students from poor families.
