西部大开发以来,青海非公有制经济已进入历史上最好的发展时期。但是,由于历史的惯性和体制的局限,其发展中仍然存在一些问题。因此,进一步解放思想、更新观念;放宽其市场准入政策;拓宽其融资渠道;科学制定发展规划,营造良好的社会环境,对促进青海非公有制经济持续、快速、健康发展具有十分重要的现实意义。
