| Abstract: | Adopting the methods of history, inducement and literature, this paper reviews the origin and theory construction of educational administration in the history, analyzes the the diversity of its development at present, and predict the directions of educational administration theory development in the future. It also points out the challenge to educational administration theory set by information technology. |
