| 摘 要： | 中法战争后，海军衙门成立并负责筹措南、北洋经费，此后十年中南洋海军经费总额约700万两，常年经费平均为70万两，仅够维持现有军舰的保养。北洋海军此时期的经费，逾2600万两。清廷经费大部分流向北洋海军，南洋海军经费极度短缺、数额少、来源单一，从源头上制约了其发展壮大。

| Abstract: | After the Sino-France war,,the Naval minstry was bult and in charge of the fees of the Beiyang and Nanyang Fleet.. Nanyang Fleet＇s fees was total at about 700,0000 tael in the next decades,70,0000 tadl per-year. The fees could be only kept the maintaining of the currencly warships. Beiyang Fleet＇s fees was overrun 2600,0000 tael at the same stage. The naval outlay of the Qing government mostly provided to Beiyang Fleet. Nanyang Fleet＇s fees was hard up, little and single headstream, which limited its development and grandness from the origin. |
