| 摘 要： | 借鉴组织生命周期理论和团队发展理论,分析了大学科研创新团队的成长演化模型结构及人员结构、经费结构、技术结构之间的关系。通过大学科研创新团队矢量逻辑斯谛模型数值分析,验证了大学科研创新团队成长演化模型的有效性。

| Abstract: | In reference of the organization' s life cycle theory and the team development theory,a qualitative analysis has been made in this paper against the relationship of the growth and evolution model for the university research and innovation team structure, funding structure and technology structure.The validation of the university research and innovation team' s growth and evolution model is verified through the numerical analysis of the vector logistic model of the university research and innovation team. |
