摘    要:"十二五"学科建设规划应当包括学科的层次、类别和资源依附方式等三个重要维度,要避免学科建设中的"游击战术"、"应试思维"和"学科壁垒",要形成科学有效的规划程序。

Abstract:The development of academic discipline must be the most important part of the 12th five-year plan of a research-oriented university.Therefore,the plan should give consideration to the following three dimensions: level of academic discipline,category of academic discipline,and the way of competing for resource.In this paper,some disadvantages of academic discipline and working procedure of planning are discussed.
