Reflection and Surpassing of Woman's Existence

Mrs.Bennet in "Pride and Prejudice" was lack of intelligence and ideas whose situation reflected woman’s existence that they had no freedom in education,marriage and personal attraction.After comparing Mrs.Bennet and Elizabeth,the text highlights Austin’s education view that men and women should be equal in intelligence,the marriage view that love comes first,the view of life that women should think independently and judge accurately.
