| 摘 要： | 高校基层党支部是党在高校的全部工作和战斗力的基础,是推动高等教育事业改革和发展的战斗堡垒。面对国家中长期教育改革和发展战略目标的新要求,高校基层党支部建设意义重大。本文紧紧围绕高校发展战略,客观地分析了目前高校基层党支部建设存在的主要问题,从思想理念、工作方法和管理机制三个方面提出了创新高校基层党支部建设、促进高校事业科学发展的思路。
