| 摘 要： | 中文语文能力指的是两个方面：一是基本语文能力的培养,二是专门或专业中文的应用。本文借教授香港特区政府司法机构各级法官撰写中文判词的经验,指出基本语文能力有了一定水平,是可以把这种能力转化为专门或专业中文能力,并能在不同场合应用的。

| Abstract: | Proficiency in Chinese language usually consists of the acquisition of the basic language capabilities as well as the application of these capabilities for special and professional usages.This paper attempts to prove that,through the experience of teaching the judges of the HKSAR Judiciary to write their judgments in Chinese,it would help to convert the basic language proficiency into the language proficiency in other special and professional usages if the basic language capabilities have been acquired. |
