| 摘 要： | 我国二元社会、二元经济难以克服有其深刻的制度背景,适合市场经济发展的制度结构的缺失是我国经济不发达的根本原因,因此,建立一种公平、竞争、高效的市场化制度安排是从根本上解决我国的二元结构的关键。我们应从政治制度、经济制度的改革入手,逐步消除二元结构,实现我国社会和经济的全面、均衡和协调发展。

| Abstract: | Dual society and dual economy are deep - rooted in Chinese system. The lack of appropriate market economy system results in the economic underdevelopment. Therefore a fair, competitive and highly efficient market system will help to resolve the duality problem and develop an all - round, well - balanced and well - coordinated society and economy. |
