| Abstract: | With a view of technological economics,this article evaluates the current market situation, prospects,technological performance and economic reasoning of the program development and the deci- sions on technological development. It also evaluates the enterprises' basic conditions and so on,in terms of technological economics,to preventthe irreasonability of program developmentand avoid the phenome- na of lavish in the process of program developing. |
