建设和谐社会与经济增长速度的辨证统一关系

经济增长是一切社会因素进步发展的一般性物质基础,而和谐社会又是经济快速增长的环境条件。但是,和谐社会建设与经济增长速度没有直接必然的联系,而是通过社会分配环节相互影响。和谐社会建设与经济的分配方式直接相关,而经济分配方式又与经济增长速度辨证统一,经济增长通过社会分配方式作用于和谐社会建设。社会经济转型后期利益竞争使经济增长的同时导致中国社会阶层分化,利益差距扩大。要使经济增长的成果为绝大多数人所享有,化解利益冲突和社会矛盾,必须通过社会分配使经济增长服务于和谐社会的建设发展目标。

On the Dialectical and Unitary Relations of Constructing Harmonious Society and the Speed of Economic Growth

Economic growth is the general material base for social factor progress,and the harmonious society again is the environmental condition for fast economic growth.While the harmonious society has not direct inevitable relation to the speed of economic growth,but mutually affects through the social distribution.Harmonious society construction directly relates to the means of economic distribution which dialectieally unifies with the speed of economic growth,so,economy growth affects the construction of harmonious society through the means of social distribution.The competition of economic interests in the later period of social and economy grows simultaneously,and the interests disparity expands.For the majority people to enjoy the achievement of economic growth,and resolving the interest conflict and social contradiction,the social distribution must serve to the construction of harmonious society by ways of economic growth.
