| 摘 要： | 土地征用中对失地农民的安置补偿已成为当前影响我国农村社会稳定的一个主要因素,深入了解分析征地安置补偿的现状及存在主要问题,从而为完善安置补偿机制提供依据,将有利于推进城乡社会的和谐发展。以江西省为例,对目前土地征用过程中失地农民安置补偿现状中存在的问题进行了调研,结果表明重点工程项目征地补偿明显偏低,隐患大,土地难以换得保障,区域间、项目间的补偿安置标准差异大,失地农民中也有“弱势群体”等是江西省征地安置补偿中反映出的主要问题,并在此基础上提出了相应的对策。 |

| Abstract: | Compensation for expropriated land has become one of the important factors affecting social stability in China.Therefore it is necessary to understand the reality and difficulties in this process so that this problem can be better handled.Based on an investigation,this paper takes Jiangxi Province as an example,analyzes the status quo and difficulties in compensating for expropriated land,and puts forward a series of countermeasures so as to perfect the compensation mechanism. |
