| Abstract: | To turn China into a country of originality depends partly on college students' creativity,hence the necessity of reforms to China's higher education.The paper explores multi-methods to develop college students' capacity for technological innovations.To attain this goal,educational systems and teaching methods must be reformed;projects of technological innovations must be provided;scientific and technological competitions must be held;and campus culture must be constructed. |
