知识分子道德产出的伦理思考

知识分子要成为道德产出的生活者,其主体前提,是在遵从大众之不损、互利、共赢的利德基础上,矢志不移地践履义德;其社会前提,是任何时代都存在丑恶与黑暗,剥夺和贫穷,人性迷失和道德沦丧,它需要义德来呵护利德,更需要知识分子以践履义德的方式为社会大众释放道德生活的希望、信心和力量。接受了系统学科专业和知识体系训练的人,要在行为上成为知识分子,必须成为“知、仁、勇”的思想者,有独立自强的理性能力。这需要做五个方面的自我训练:一是确立理想人格,强化人文信仰、人文精神、人文诉求;二是坚守以学术本身为目的的立场;三是不断廓大以人本、民生、人间和大地为基本视域的学者情怀;四是日新其人间良知;五是尊重历史,以史为鉴,守护人类文明。

Ethical Thinking on the Moral Output of Intellectuals

The main premise for intellectuals to become the life of moral output is to unswervingly practice righteousness and morality on the basis of abiding by the public virtues of“not damaging”,“mutual benefit”and“win-win”;Its social premise is that there are ugliness and darkness,deprivation and poverty,loss of human nature and moral decay in any era.It needs righteousness to protect virtue,and more importantly,intellectuals need to release the hope,confidence and power of moral life for the public by practicing righteousness.People who have received systematic discipline and knowledge system training must become thinkers of“knowledge,benevolence and courage”and have the rational ability of independence and self-improvement if they want to become behavioral intellectuals.This requires self-training in five aspects:first,establish an ideal personality and strengthen humanistic belief,humanistic spirit and humanistic appeal;Second,stick to the academic position aiming at the academic itself;Third,constantly expand the feelings of scholars from the perspective of humanism,people’s livelihood,the world and the earth;Fourth,renew their human conscience;Fifth,respect history,learn from history and protect human civilization.
