我国大学权力系统中的委员会建设

中国的大学权力系统目前还存在许多不尽如人意的地方,大学权力结构中的委员会存在建制不健全、活动不正常、职能被淡化、代表性不够、权威性不足等重大缺陷.因此,必须加强大学权力结构中的委员会建设,加强高等院校中党的委员会和常委会的议事规则建设,加强各种咨询和建议性的专家委员会的建设,加强重要决策执行过程中的委员会建设,以便进一步优化大学的治理结构,提高大学的治理效能,推动和促进大学制度体系的不断民主化和科学化.
