| 摘 要： | 本文将知识产权文化界定为法律文化的子范畴，把知识产权文化从结构上划分为两个层面：制度形态的表面层面和观念形态的核心层面。通过历史分析法和比较法的运用，分析了当代中国知识产权文化建设既要挖掘和转化中国传统文化的合理内涵，也要移植和融合西方的先进法律文化经验，广泛地吸纳人类共同的法律文明成果。最终，结合我国国情提出我国知识产权文化建设可以从制度环境、观念环境、教育环境和宣传环境等方面入手。

| Abstract: | This paper defines intellectual property culture as a subcategory of legal culture, and structurally divides it into two levels ： the surface level of system forms and core level of ideology forms. Through historical analysis and comparison, the paper analyzes contemporary Chinese intellectual property cultural construction. It is advisable to explore and transform reasonable con- tents in traditional Chinese culture, to adopt and transplant advanced experiences in western legal culture, to extensively absorb mutual law civilization achievements of human beings. In the end, based on China＇ s specific conditions, it proposes that China＇ s intellectual property culture construction should proceed from institutional environment, ideological environment, educational environment as well as propaganda environment, besides many others. |
