| 摘 要： | 法国公证人员作为法律主体,执业时都要承担相应的义务。公证人员的禁止性规定不仅包括从业禁止,还包括贷款限制与其他利害关系限制。违反禁止性规定的处罚措施大致为11种,其中刑事处罚与纪律处分颇具特色。在处罚的程序与主体上,包括公证人员协会处分、法院诉讼、行业组织纪律处分等。

| Abstract: | In France,prohibitive regulations concerning notaries include the regulation of forbidden industries,loan limits and other restrictions on their relationship concerned.And the punitive measures are roughly divided into eleven kinds,among which criminal penalties and disciplinary action are characteristic. |
