摘    要:高校全员聘任制的优越性越来越清晰.在推进全员聘任制的外部环境尚不成熟的情况下,高校推行全员聘任制,必须要加强宣传,改革工资制度、科学定编、择优聘任,并妥善安置好聘余人员.

To carry cot this system in institutions of higher fearing must strengthen propaganda, reform the wage system and appoint workers scientifically.
