| 摘 要： | 随着电子政务的快速发展以及信息和网络技术的普及,政府门户网站已经成为社会公众获取、使用政府部门各种管理和服务的新方式。而如何评价政府门户网站运行效果,解决政府门户网站运行和发展中存在的不足和问题,就成为目前面临的一个重要问题。文章以特定政府门户网站为评价对象,提出一套综合“信息发布阶段、在线服务阶段、垂直整合阶段、水平整合阶段”的四阶段评价指标体系。

| Abstract: | With the rapid development of e-government and the popularization of information and Internet technology,the government portal website has become a new way for citizens to get and use various public administrations and services.At present,how to evaluate the running performance and solve the shortages and problems of the government portal website is an important issue.This article puts forward a four-stage evaluation system based on a certain government portal website,including information release stage,on-line service stage,vertical integration stage and horizontal integration stage. |
