校园暴力的法律思考

校园暴力是一个全球性的社会问题。笔者从法学角度对校园暴力的法理内涵进行界定,对校园暴力法律类型与法律责任进行了探讨,认为校园暴力可以分为行政、民事和刑事性质的三种校园暴力基本法律类型,行为人基于实施不同类型的校园暴力行为而承担相应的法律责任。校园暴力需要依法治理。因此,应加强防治校园暴力的专项立法;健全教育法律法规的人格权保护制度;完善校园暴力的行政法律救济途径。
